Overview

LiveFaceSwapVideo lets you replace your face in a webcam feed in real time. The service runs in a browser and does not require a local GPU. You start with a free account that grants 100 credits, then pay a monthly fee if you need more than that.
To use the tool you provide a single reference photo that is clear, front‑on, and fully lit. The photo must be a portrait of yourself or someone who has given permission; other public images or minors are disallowed. After you sign up, you upload the portrait, turn on your camera, and the face‑swap starts within seconds. The live stream travels encrypted via WebRTC to the cloud, where the XMAX 2.0 model applies the swap. The transformed video returns to your browser with minimal latency, so you can talk, move, or change lighting and the swap follows. If you want another face, you simply upload a new reference and the switch happens instantly.
The browser version shows the swapped video in a preview pane, and you can also install the Desktop App. The app creates a virtual camera that feeds into OBS, Zoom, Discord, or Google Meet, making the live swap available to any streaming or video‑call application. The Desktop App runs on Windows 11 and macOS, and a Windows installer is presently available. The app uses the same cloud processing as the browser, so the video is never stored or recorded by LiveFaceSwapVideo.
LiveFaceSwapVideo also offers other effects beyond face swapping. The “Try‑On” feature lets you superimpose clothing onto your live feed, while “Restyle” can transform your appearance into an anime, illustration, or other styled look. Each effect consumes credits at a specified rate: Face Swap uses XMAX 2.0 credits, while the other effects have separate rates.
