Overview

PRISM‑INSIGHT is an open‑source AI‑driven platform that examines Korean and US equities in real time and turns the analysis into trading signals. The system pulls market data, runs it through a collection of specialized agents, and then delivers the results as PDF reports, Telegram alerts, or automated orders through the KIS brokerage API. Because the code is released under the AGPL‑3.0 license, you can run it on your own hardware without paying a subscription fee.

The core of the platform consists of 13 distinct AI agents, each programmed to focus on a particular aspect of stock evaluation. The Technical Analyst agent monitors price and volume patterns, while the Financial Analyst reviews valuation metrics such as earnings and balance‑sheet data. The Industry Analyst compares the target company against competitors, and the Market Analyst adds macro‑economic context. Additional agents look at trading flow, news catalysts, and investor sentiment, then a Strategy Synthesizer combines those inputs into a cohesive recommendation. After the agents finish, a Summary Optimizer formats the findings for Telegram, and a Dialogue Manager keeps conversational context for any follow‑up queries. The agents operate on both KOSPI/KOSDAQ and NYSE/NASDAQ symbols, so the same workflow can be used for a Korean tech stock or an American semiconductor company.

To use the tool you first clone the GitHub repository (`git clone https://github.com/dragon1086/prism-insight.git`) and run the provided `quickstart.sh` script, supplying an OpenAI API key. The script installs dependencies and prepares the environment. A typical input is a ticker symbol, for example `python demo.py NVDA`. The script then contacts the AI agents, which may take three to five minutes, and produces a PDF report saved under a path like `prism-us/pdf_reports/NVDA_20260201.pdf`. The report contains sections on technical trends, valuation, industry outlook, and a final strategy recommendation. If you enable the Telegram integration, the same recommendation is sent as a concise buy or sell alert to your phone. When the KIS API credentials are configured, the platform can place the trade automatically, allowing a “set‑and‑forget” workflow for users who want hands‑off execution.

The system is aimed at developers, quantitative analysts, or hobbyist traders who are comfortable working with command‑line tools, Python environments, and API keys. It suits users who need a customizable, self‑hosted solution and who want to see the underlying AI reasoning.
