Notif

Notif is an AI reminder app that works directly with Apple Reminders on iPhone and iPad. It adds a short piece of insight and a single tappable button to each reminder you write. No account is required, and the app stays free for basic use.

You create a reminder as usual in the Apple Reminders app. When a new note appears, Notif scans the text locally on your device. It can identify dates, places, or actions and then append an “Insight” that is relevant to the content. For example, if your note mentions “renew passport,” a timely fact about processing times can appear. The inspection step is private; only the note that receives the insight is sent to Notif's servers. Everything else remains on your device.

If you tap the Action Button, a single button that appears next to the insight, Notif launches the appropriate app or service. Depending on the note, it might open Maps for a location, Uber Eats for a restaurant, a new email draft with a suggested subject, an Apple Books purchase, or a booking page. The button always takes you straight to the next step, without leaving the reminder.

A Pro subscription adds layers of functionality. It places an insight on every note, provides smarter action buttons that remember your recent choices, lets you mark notes as private, and offers a daily plan that shows your top tasks for the day. Private notes are encrypted on your iPhone with AES‑256 and can only be accessed with Face ID. The plan feature sends partial data about open notes to Apple's Private Cloud Compute, never to Notif's own servers.
