WotNot is a no-code platform for building AI agents that handle customer conversations. You paste a website URL, the agent trains on that content, and you can deploy it on web chat, WhatsApp and SMS, with email, Instagram and voice channels also described. Channels

On a website, the agent answers product and pricing questions, then books demos and records leads. On WhatsApp it handles bookings, service updates and reminders. For email, it triages inbound messages and replies in your tone. On Instagram it responds to comments and direct messages around the clock. The voice agent answers calls on the first ring and hands off to a person with the transcript. WotNot says its agents work in more than 80 languages.

The site highlights 24/7 availability, quick answers, multilingual replies and feedback collection with each response to improve customer satisfaction. Plans add an AI Studio, access to all supported LLM models, ticketing integrations, live chat handover, HTTP requests for connecting to other systems and a customisable widget.

Pricing

Lite is $29 a month with 1,000 chats, 1,000 AI credits, the no-code builder and Zapier. Starter is $99 with 5,000 chats and credits, AI Studio, all models and ticketing integrations. Premium is $299 with 10,000 chats and credits, live chat, HTTP requests and the option to hide branding. Enterprise is custom, with unlimited usage, SSO and security review. Each plan has a 14-day free trial, annual billing saves 20 percent, and there is a done-for-you option where WotNot builds the agent.

An agent trained on your website will only be as accurate as that content, so update outdated pages first and test tricky questions about pricing, refunds and policies. Set clear rules for handing over to a person. WhatsApp and SMS messaging have opt-in and template rules, so check them before sending reminders. Estimate chat volumes to choose the right plan.
