Overview

Evoriqa offers a white‑label AI customer‑support agent that learns from your own website, documentation and FAQs. The service is positioned for small businesses that field repetitive questions and for agencies that want to provide branded support solutions to their clients. You can start without entering payment details and launch the agent on your site the same day.

The agent pulls content from the pages, documents and FAQ files you upload, then answers inbound messages across eight channels: website chat, an AI‑powered search bar, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, Slack and email. All conversations appear in a single unified inbox, so you can see every interaction in one place. The platform also handles voice calls; inbound calls are answered in natural speech, can book appointments on connected calendars such as Cal.com or Calendly, and generate full call transcripts that are stored alongside chat histories.

If a question falls outside the knowledge base or requires human judgment, the system escalates the conversation. Escalations include the full transcript, customer details and any internal notes, allowing a human agent to pick up with full context. You can configure escalation triggers based on customer request, detected intent or custom rules. Before a reply is sent, you may enable “shadow mode,” which drafts answers for manual approval. Each answer receives a score from 0 to 100 along with source references, helping you monitor accuracy and identify knowledge gaps.

Agencies can create separate branded workspaces for each client, allocate pooled usage credits, set per‑client limits and track performance through a reseller console. The console lets you apply your own branding, configure channels and approved actions, and integrate with Stripe for billing under your own pricing model. The platform includes industry starter templates, a playground for testing questions, and the ability to call approved APIs, create tickets or capture leads directly from the conversation.
